recomendações para o aperfeiçoamento da estrutura de governança da
Internet no Brasil. O processo de obtenção de consenso
multissetorial está consubstanciado nos documentos aprovados pelos
setores empresarial, terceiro setor e comunidade científica e

identificados estão a permanência do multissetorialismo, a
ampliação dos espaços de participação nos processos de governança
da Internet, o compromisso e fortalecimento dos processos de
transparência e responsabilização, a construção de consenso como
regra de operação em todas as instâncias decisórias, o total
respeito aos mandatos atuais vigentes no CGI.br, assim como as
competências do CGI.br e do Núcleo de Informação e Coordenação do
Ponto BR (NIC.br).</p>

recomendam que a estrutura do CGI.br seja modificada para um
modelo hierárquico em três camadas, em torno dos quatro setores
(setor público, setor empresarial, terceiro setor, comunidade
científica e tecnológica), que se organizarão ao redor de suas
próprias comunidades de base, responsáveis por identificar
assuntos de interesse setorial e pautar a atuação das respectivas
instâncias superiores; e também em Conselhos Setoriais,
responsáveis por coordenar o trabalho das respectivas comunidades
constituintes. O pleno do CGI.br, deste modo, interagiria
diretamente com suas comunidades constituintes e suas instâncias
setoriais, possibilitando o debate e propostas de políticas que
também poderão ser encaminhadas individual, setorial e/ou
coletivamente.</p>

recomendação dos representantes da sociedade civil, o próprio
CGI.br deverá ser encarregado de desenvolver, ao longo de doze
meses, um processo amplo, multissetorial e participativo, por meio
do qual será elaborada uma proposta de transição, com o
detalhamento do funcionamento de cada setor, da organização e da
composição das comunidades constituintes, bem como das regras de
representação e elegibilidade para os diferentes componentes da
